Following a successful Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2019, Pakistani cricketers are ready for Australian challenge in the United Arab Emirates. Pakistan vs Australia 1st ODI is scheduled at Sharjah today at 04:00 pm PST and Pakistanis are hoping for a  solid performance from the young guns.

Team News

Australia are still without Steve Smith, David Warner and Mitchel Starc, however, the team performed brilliantly against India away from home, securing a come-from-behind 3-2 series victory over the hosts.

Pakistan, on the other hand, is still struggling to find the best combination for the World Cup. New faces are yet to be tested at the top stage and it remains to be seen how they perform.

Venue: Sharjah Cricket Stadium

Weather Conditions: No rain is expected in Sharjah with pitch offering help to the spinners.

Toss: Pakistan won the toss and opted to bat first.

The new speed sensation Hasnain is the talk of the town ahead of today’s ODI. Will he be able to deliver the same way as he delivered in PSL? We will have to see.
