IPL 2019 Match 4: Smith Returns as Rajasthan Face Punjab (Pre-Match)

Following an amazing second day at the Indian Premier League (IPL), the stage is set for Rajasthan Royals (RR) vs Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur will host the match as two teams mull over their best combination for the remainder of the season.

Both the teams are well equipped, both with bat and ball, with some big names waiting to play their part in their team’s victory.

Team News

After the comeback of David Warner for Sunrisers Hyderabad, it is time for Steven Smith who has made himself available from the first match starting today for Rajasthan Royals. The English duo of Ben Stokes and Jos Butler may also feature in the XI along with Jofra Archer.

For Kings XI Punjab, David Miller is likely to miss out as he might not make it in time following the conclusion of T20I series against Sri Lanka last night. Young Sam Curran seems like a must-have all-rounder along with the West Indians Chris Gayle and Nicholas Pooran.
