Mark Wood finally feeling like a test bowler
Mark Wood showed his delight after getting his 5 wicket haul and even said that his 5-41 is better than taking Ashes-winning wicket. He famously claimed the wicket of Lyon in 2015 Ashes series. He further said that his five-wicket haul finally proves he is an England player.
Mark wood said:
“I felt like an England cricketer today for the first time. There have been dark days and plenty of self-doubts but I felt like I belonged. I managed to take the Ashes-winning wicket but I think today trumped that. I have got to back it up now and that is a sign of a true fast bowler.”
England is currently leading by 142 runs with 10 wickets. Do you think West Indies can make a comeback and seal the series 3-0 or England will finally get something out of this test series? Let us know in the comments.
